Born in China, Dandong

Lives & works in Duisburg,Germany

My painting is grounded in a strong sense of bodily awareness.

In the act of creation, the body is not merely a tool for executing gestures, but a field of perception and thought.

The movement of the brush, the rhythm of breathing, the tension and release of muscles—all become ways for me to engage in a dialogue with the world.

This bodily awareness does not arise from an inner emotional state, but rather from a resonance with the external world.

Through my experiences across different cultures and geographies, I have become aware of the bodily differences among them—their rhythms, sense of time, perception of space, order and chaos.

These differences do not appear in the form of symbols, but manifest naturally in the structure, balance, and motion of my paintings.
